Orders will be processed every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6am for a courier collection on that day and delivery the next day. If you have placed your order after the above time, your order will be processed on the following available dispatch day at 6am. 
Place your orders before 6am on Monday for Tuesday delivery. After 6am for Wednesday. 
I am hoping to start a next day delivery with a carbon free delivery company within the M25 on the same days mentioned above.

OUTER LONDON
Standard Delivery charge £8.95
The standard delivery is quite high as I am being charged quite dearly myself for a start up business. For any orders under the minimum for free delivery, we are taking on some at that cost, over that we will take on the whole cost. Should this venture take off, we will be able to lower those delivery charges by signing agreements with shipping contractors. 
We offer free delivery to all orders over £45, you may notice that our prices go down as you increase the quantity you purchase. We would suggest placing orders for more than one person hence lowering purchasing prices and voiding delivery cost. If you become such cheese guru in your neighbourhood or family, we will happily guide you on how to best portion the cheese you purchased.

We currently deliver to most UK mainland addresses and we send parcels Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays solely. Delivery will depend on your location with a minimum of 2 days up to 3 days.
We can deliver to your home or place of work, and to the home or work-place of your relatives, friends, colleagues or business associates. If your parcel is being delivered to a business, please advise us of the operating hours. 
We recommend refrigerating your goods as soon as delivered as soon as you can. 
Because our products are perishable, we must have delivery instructions for any private address, safe place such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour". This is particularly important if you are sending a surprise gift.  If you are planning to be in, circumstances do change, we still require these details from you.

TRACKING:
For packfleet, dpd and dhl, we will be tracking your parcels and contact you if necessary. 
For Onelivery, we too will be tracking, the courier will contact you if necessary.

We will hand cut and pack your order on the day of dispatch.
We use a special waxed cheese paper. Then, to keep it cool, we use ice packs unless it’s really chilly outside, then we don’t need to.
Aside from the isolation pouch, the majority of your packaging will be recyclable.


If you are purchasing for any special occasion, please place your order ahead of the date you need the cheese.
For Christmas, we will ask to pre order well ahead of Christmas, the latest end of the first week of November to ensure your goods will available. We know you like planning these things.

We do not deliver the following locations and postcodes: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands  ( FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40 (excluding PA38), PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 ) and Islands, Scilly Isles.
 
Our deliveries do not require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your cheese if nobody is going to be in. DHL will not attempt a re-delivery, so it is essential that you leave safe place instructions when you order. We cannot offer any refunds or compensation provided the original delivery was attempted. ​​
We are unable to offer any refunds if your cheese does not arrive with you on time if you have failed to provide safe place instructions.
