DELIVERY INFOS
We offer free delivery to all orders over £50, You shall be charged £6.95 under that.
We currently deliver to most UK mainland addresses and our deliveries run from Tuesday to Saturday.
We will hand cut and pack your order on the day of dispatch.
You don't have to be in to receive your delivery as our couriers are instructed to leave your cheese box in your designated safe place.
Please note we do not offer a guaranteed delivery service, and it may take 1-2 days for your box to arrive.
During transit your cheese will be kept chilled using ice packs and insulation ensuring your goodies can last up to 48 hours out of the fridge. We recommend refrigerating as soon as you can.
You or your recipient will need to take in the box on one of these delivery days, and we cannot offer any refunds or compensation provided the original delivery was attempted on one of those days.
If you are purchasing for any special occasion, please place your order ahead of the date you need the cheese.

Outside London deliveries with DHL
Our deliveries do not require a signature, so the courier will need clear instructions on where to leave your cheese if nobody is going to be in.
DHL will not attempt a re-delivery, so it is essential that you leave safe place instructions when you order.
We are unable to offer any refunds if your cheese does not arrive with you on time if you have failed to provide safe place instructions.
DHL currently excludes the following postcodes from Saturday delivery but they do deliver between Tuesday and Friday:
